THE HOUSE.


The house offers perfect accommodation for up to 6 people. Inside the house the sleeping areas consist of two bedrooms along with a bedroom/living area featuring a pull-out sleeping sofa. To acompany the two bedrooms, the house has two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Furthermore, the house features a fully equipped kitchen (gas & electric stove), large refrigator, pantry and standard laundry equipment.

The pool is the major feature outside which sits right next the winter garden. The outside area has a wonderful sun terrace with comfortable seating sun loungers. A Gas Barbeque rounds out the area, perfect for grilling Denia's most famous seafood "Gamba Roja de Denia". For more information you can download the brochure below.

LOCATION.

The house is located along the Costa Blanca, 5km north of Denia. Denia is situated between Valencia and Alicante, both of which are 1 hour away by car.



EXTRA INFORMATION.


RATES. The standard daily rate varies between 60 to 130 EURO per day. Rate factors include length of stay, total number of guests and the time of year in which you are visiting. Furthermore, there is a standard cleaning fee of 100 EURO.

KEYS & MAINTENANCE. Pedro, the owner of the restaurant infront of the house has the keys. Noeila keeps the house in good shape, Alberto maintains the pool and Rafa watches over the garden. For more information there is a house book inside with insights on the surrounding area.
